Q1) How did you originally find Ten Forward (OTF)?:
Back in 1999 when I joined 10F I ran a big science fiction website called Alpha Centari (does not exist anymore) I was an avid sci-fi fan and loved (still do) everything star trek, I was searching for similar minds, after some searching I found 10f.

Q2) What did you like about the place back then?:
The community was very alive, with people from all over the world, you got sucked into the good vibes that everyone radiated, the people I met became very dear friends.

Q3) Do you still remember any of the people you met in the chat, or events held during that first year?:
I remember a few, Cmdr Glenn, Lt Wenche, there are so many and its been so long, but yes many found memories, one in particular is that of a night when we had roleplaying, we were all on this USS something something, and all had roles to fill, I was given the role as the science officer (might have been due to my pointy ears), I didn't really agree with the captains coarse of action and we had a huge "fight" about logic, that was something I wont forget.

Q4) Do you still keep in contact with any of them?:
I used to receive mails from some of the old gang, but sadly not anymore

Q5) Why did you stop coming to the chat?:
I moved to work abroad and at that time didn't have continues internet, witch led to me not attending so often.

Q6) Would you consider coming back at some point, and if so, what would make you want to come back?:
Iam trying right now ;)

Q7) What have you done since you left the chat? What are you doing these days?:
Iam working as a sommelier (knower-of-wines), combining my to big interest of food and wine, in my spare time I work with my other interest, my youtube page (Crobster Gaming). Trying to fit in as mutch sci fi and other things nerdy in my life. Iam happily engaged to a wonderful man who enjoys just as mutch sci fi and gaming as I do.
