Interview with CL5 Party Watson
Q1) Favorite Thing about OTF?:
The people. But that's also the worst thing about it, too. People, man.
But seriously, some of y'all're awesome to talk to any time. So thank you.
Q2) One thing you'd change about OTF?:
More mustache dinosaurs. There's a distinct lack of those around here.
Q3) One theme you'd love to see added to OTF?:
Mustache tentacle dinosaur robots.
Q4) Favorite Team/Department?: Engineering
Q5) Favorite OTF memory from the last year?:
I barely even remember what I had for dinner, how am I supposed to remember the past year? :P
Q6) How did you find out about OTF?:
An online friend sent me the URL because she thought it would be a neat place for us to hang out together. I have no idea what ever happened to her, but I'm still here.
Q7) What is your favorite theme in OTF?:
Don't really have one. As long as I can be satisfactorily color-coordinated, I'm pleased as punch.
Q8) Favorite Avatar?:
I've gotten attached recently to the Robin Hood Picard avatar. The jaunty hat makes it.
Q9) Which OTFer would you be for a day and why?:
I'm fine with being myself.
Q10) How long have you been a star trek, star wars, doctor who fan?:
Star Trek and Doctor Who came into my life in college. I grew up with Star Wars. My brother used to watch the original trilogy over and over when we were much younger, so it was pretty inevitable that I would love it, too.
Q11) What's your favorite change that has occurred since you've arrived?:
The flashing notification when you're looking at other stuff is wonderful, especially since I'm usually doing a bajillion other things while in the chat.
Q12) What other handles have you been using?:
I really haven't been straying too far away from Korny as of late. Not too long ago, though, I used "the korny with no name" for awhile. Pretty sure that was when I was working on my westerny thing, which really has been awhile.
Q13) Favorite quote?:
"We are star stuff which has taken its destiny into its own hands. The loom of time and space works the most astonishing transformations of matter." - Carl Sagan
Q14) If you had a level two armory, who would you most like to shoot for fun?:
I have a level two armory, and I still don't wanna shoot anyone for fun. Too much of a hassle and all that jazz.
Q15) What is your personal message to the Outpost for the Year 2014/2015?:
Be awesome. Be kind. Everything is better with tentacles.
Q16) What do you see as being your future at Outpost 10F?:
Further becoming part of the decor. Is it OTF, or is it Korny? Who can tell! Ah, that would be swell.
Q17) What is one tangible object that you value above all others?:
My Pappy died in 2014 (both grandfathers, actually.), as a few of y'all know. I was given a wrench with his name on it that he used quite a bit when he was working, which is pretty much the most important thing I own now.
Now I can fix the computer with something other than a screwdriver. :P
