Interview with CL7 Hydra

Q1) You're sitting here in OTF a year from now celebrating what a great year it's been for you, what moment did you achieve greatness?:
Right now. I achieved it right this second.

Q2) Who is your role model at Outpost10F?:
I think the concept of role models is a silly one.

Q3) What things do you not like to do, but have to?:
Login authentication. Its this whole other step that I agree is necessary, but it's frustrating.

Q4) Tell me about a favorite project in real life or an accomplishment that you considered to be the most significant?: Most of the accomplishments that I find significant to me would seem dreadfully boring to most people.

Q5) What does a great day entail?:
There are two scenarios which constitute a great day. One; spending time with Trinity doing any of the things. Two, using my talents and capabilities to their fullest potential to design things that make the world go 'round.

Q6) Describe yourself in 5 words?:
I am frickin' awesome. Yeah.

Q7) Of the 5 words you placed in the previous question, define an example of yourself being that?:
I'm an engineer. That's pretty awesome.

Q8) What's your superpower, or what's your spirit animal?:
Spirit animals are another silly concept, and I'm not really a fan of superheroes. I am always impressed by the hero/antihero that uses their intellect to overcome challenges rather than /godmode or brute force. So that.

Q9) If you could elect an OTF patron to lead your country who would they be and why?:
This is where I'm supposed to say me, but if I were somehow elected, I would most likely immediately resign. That sounds like a terrible job. I dunno, put Andrew in charge.

Q10) If you were to encounter Iain on the street, what would take place?:
Well, there is a problem here. I assume Iain is smart enough to not be walking in the middle of a street. If he is not, however, I expect what would take place is him unfortunately being hit by a car. I recommend instead encountering him in a pub or mini-golf course.

Q11) Favorite in-chat experience?:
I mean, I met my wife here, so....

Q12) What is your best memory of the previous year?:
Memory is a funny thing that humans are terrible at. I suspect it was something involving my personal life, but I could be completely fabricating that.

Q13) Where do you see yourself in 10 years?:
Hopefully upgrading myself with cybernetic parts. My meat based eyeballs aren't so good.

Q14) If you could add any feature or function to the Outpost what would it be?:
I think we should be talking about streamlining OTF, not tacking stuff on. I'd get rid of the forums.

Q15) Do you have a story to share?:
What, like any story? I dunno, I mean there was the time my now wife person poisoned me with cyanide, or the time a starburst candy almost got me killed....really, my stories come up as I'm reminded of them.

Q16) Make up your own question and answer:
Q: How's it goin'? A: I'm pretty good. A little hungry maybe.

Q17) Additional Comments:
I think in this space people like to say very profound things, or impart words of wisdom. As it happens, I have some: Don't leave orange juice in the fridge for six months. It turns brown. Two party political systems are terrible. If you are designing something, check your measurements again tomorrow. Don't eat that. It'll give you gas. You know what I'm talking about. It's important to realize that compared to what you know both now and always, the stuff there is still to know is functionally infinite. Too much usage of the word "proof" outside of a math class should tip you off to check sources. That's all I got.

Q18) Ideas for the 20th Anniversary Yearbook:
I got nothin'. Maybe later.
