More shopping, water feature without water and more fun till one of us couldn’t handle it any more and passed out. After everyone had woke up again we moved to the bowling alley. Even the DJ had a lot of fun because there was this guy walking around in a trekkie shirt. And no, it wasn’t Data as the DJ was telling the others. After the bowling, we all had fun, and where still there with just a few brushes we went to find.

Friday was planned to start with a visit to the park. But plans had to change a little for there where two more people arriving today and they needed to be picked up and added to the rest of the union pile. Some had to stay at there sleeping address waiting for new arrivals; others went to the design museum which they had missed the other day. After that we got together in a pub again. From there we moved to the laser game. That’s where we paid for an hour’s worth of fun, thinking that it would be two games of half an hour. Boy, were we wrong! After an hour of defending bases, ISA target practice and getting really, really sweaty the reds won with 997 points from the green who had 991 points. The thing we wanted then was just a shower and a dry shirt. Well that wish didn’t come through. But a pub was insight. And where you got a pub, you’ve got cold drinks. After that we went to Garfunkel to get some diner. And while the staff was making sure that we all could sit at one very long table, we had another OTF-er passed out just outside which made a few of us late. And that was a good thing because they where served first, where first to finished up and to pay. Wonder why the rest was that slow. Even after that desert for 2 or 3 that a certain organizing peep finished all alone. Any plans that might still existed to go to a beer festival went down the drain, because still none had a fresh shirt and there wasn’t enough time any more. Well tomorrow is another day.
