Intelligence: In March this year the ISA's Intelligence Team was re-introduced. Led by Iain, with KC as his ATL, it quickly recruited members and began work on its projects, following the brainstorming of project ideas and strategies between Iain, KC and the ISA Execs. In particular, a series of "articles" to help people to learn about technical topics has begun to be written; a new Intelligence Team-led section of the forums has been created; and whenever a serious new threat (for example, a new fast-spreading worm is found) the Intelligence Team is committed to informing OTFers of this as quickly as possible via the Departmental Updates Board, as well as supplying information on what to do if infected and how to minimise the odds of becoming infected in the first place.

ISA Training Centre: After many weeks of work by a number of ISA Command members, including notably Jaden Korr, Hong and Toddy, the ISA Training Centre was completed and opened to ISA members. This is an excellent resource for both "old" and "new" ISA Officers alike, and contains a large amount of information about chatroom security-related topics. We hope to keep using it for years to come.

In short, many exciting things have happened in the ISA Department this past year, and we hope to continue the upwards trend in the coming months and years. Thank you to all of the ISA Officers - both past and present - for all their work over this past year, and in particular thank you Toddy for the many, many hours of your time that you put into the ISA Department, particularly as its Director. We couldn't have come this far without you.

Finally, always remember never, ever, EVER to presume to dare to consider to contemplate to think about crossing us, or we'll have t... err, I mean, enjoy the coming year!
