Helping to lead a department. It's a rather important job.
The discussions. Sometimes it's hard to understand how to run a team. It's a challenge. A really big challenge is running multiple teams and I think that by doing this AM Comms for a year that it's made me a better person for it.
The people. For 17 years now this place is still alive even with chatrooms ending here and there worldwide. That shows the commitment of the people to OTF and really speaks for itself.
I'd say update the PDs. It seems like sometimes people find a way to dance on the rules and when prompted to stop they pull the whole 'well technically I didn't break the rules' and then there's a debate. Sometimes it seems silly.
Why Stargate of course. Which myself among others are already working on.
Favorite Team I'd have to say is Unions. It took a tremendous amount of work to make the 2014 Union down in Philly,PA-USA go off without any major issues. Cost a decent amount of money too. But the feeling of meeting someone you've known for years but on the other side of a computer and then face-face was just awesome and I can't wait to experience that next year.
Rules of Engagement. Yeah there's some swearing, a bit of gore, lots of yelling. But the idea of knowing what people have to do in combat under certain rules is rather interesting and I think a vastly misunderstood thing.

I tend to stick with Fry from Futurama.
