I remember how I found out that OTF existed, I was reading some forums and there found a link to OTF. Someone way back in communications had left a link to the CCC, I followed the link and joined. That was back in the days when the CCC and 10f were separate, no global code but separate codes for each room. OTF has changed a lot since I joined and has changed since the first day it opened when it was just the one chat room. The idea of OTF as a place for people to come and chat, make new friends and be a part of a community that has not changed. I think that this is main reason why OTF is still here after 10 years. I am sure that OTF will still change in many ways, it has to if it wants to keep going, but I do hope that the idea of community doesn’t change. The best thing about OTF has been the chance it has give people from across the world to met people with similar interests and allowed them to become friends. I hope that will always stay the same!
