The One-Zero Division Report

Ahoy!

2005 and 2006 have been big years for the One-Zero Division. The OZD was founded around April 2004, and has been going strong ever since. I must insert here a massive shout-out to my original partner in crime, Kim! The illustrious Treehouse Goddess of the Fourth Letter co-founded the OZD way back then, and her influence can still be felt.

The past two years have seen the OZD accomplish many things. Allow me to elaborate somewhat.

We've had the Amazing Race, avatar competitions and avatar upgrades, encounters with Man in Hat, the Matrix April Fools incident, the Lost weekend and more! One of our biggest achievements lately has been the collaborative transformation of the One-Zero Report into the cross-genre monthly publication known now as the Blue Report!

All these accomplishments couldn't have been achieved without our fantastic team. We've seen many come and go lately, but the following is list of the members that have made the OZD what it is over the last two years: Kim (CL8), Plugboy (CL7), Zildjian (CL7), KC (CL6), JP (CL6), Kayana (CL6), JD (CL6), SG (CL6), Raine (CL6), Q (CL5), Ayanna (CL5), Sean (CL5) and of course my current Deputy - Iain (CL8).

The Agents of the OZD also work in parallel with groups like the ISA and Welcoming Committee to monitor the Star Trek chatrooms and maintain a friendly environment for all our visitors. If you ever see an Agent in-chat (they have Agent in their rank) feel free to ask them any administrative questions you might have. If they don't know the answer they will always be happy to refer you to someone who can. If you want to know the meaning of the life and the universe, it has been revised since Douglas Adams' publication to 69. Brady's dossier number. =)

Aside from all this, Kim (previously), Iain and I have been working hard each month to collect and assess promotion and award recommendations for all ST genre members of the outpost, and pass them on to the charmed ones. We always aim to be fair and consistent, and if you feel like you've been overlooked for whatever reason or if you simply have some questions, please never hesitate to contact us. We love hearing from you!

Thanks again to everyone in the OZD and also to members of other genre groups the Senate and the Wizards for working with us from time to time. Finally, thanks to all the members of the outpost for your support. Hopefully we'll be around for years to come!

Cheers!

Brady (CL8) & Iain (CL8)
