Engineering Report

Another year, another Yearbook (please excuse the time paradox), that favorite text that traps in ones and zeros what memory forgets and keeps us coming back for reminders of the happy days we spent. This year, Engineering's report won't just be its Chief prattling on and on, but a summary of our future by two engineers who have been at the forefront of their department's revival.

Look fondly on the past, but keep your focus keenly to the future.

Captain Eagle
Chief Engineer
OTF Engineering Department

2006 has been a very tumultuous time for engineering- ...it is 2006, right?

Good. Anyway, as I was saying, 2006 has been a very tumultuous time for engineering. We've sacked entire staffs, begun redeveloping old, mold-ridden and dust-filled projects, and have once again picked up and resumed our grand tradition of bi-monthly minion-beating.

Scratch that last part, doesn't happen, honest.

Although you public folks may not have seen and or noticed the changes, they are happening, and you shall see and notice visible changes in the near, and possibly somewhat-distant future. I promise. Ignore my profile-selected race of Ferengi when viewing that promise bit. =(

Quarkles!

This year it seems Engineering hasn't produced much, well this is due to change, most of the work happening in Engineering has been restructuring and getting fresh members to help the department strive once again. A few months ago Engineering emptied its roster & ran a recruitment drive, at this time their wasn't enough work to go round as their hadn't been anything completed recently. Although this meant the members could work together to change Engineering for the better, now as it stands today; Engineering are hard at work developing several projects & revamping some old ones to the true quality Engineering can produce.

A lot of people new to OTF wont have noticed Engineering as a successful department this past year, but things are changing, for the better.
